Adda Application Terms & Conditions – Full Terms of Use

Adda application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions form the legal basis of the agreement between adda application and all its registered members.

This platform is operated solely for entertainment purposes. adda application provides its services in compliance with international gaming laws applicable in Bangladesh. Membership is entirely voluntary and may be terminated at any time.

Adda application reserves the right to update its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Members are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to open an account on adda application:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be cancelled immediately.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended and the funds forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate. adda application reserves the right to suspend any account found to contain false information.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential. adda application is not liable for any unauthorized access to a member's account.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has been completed.

Adda application reserves the right to verify any account. For verification purposes, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be required.

Adda application currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The list of available payment methods is subject to change.

All withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. For any exceptions, please contact adda application Customer Support.

All bonuses and promotions on adda application are subject to the following general terms. Individual promotions may also carry their own specific conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Each promotion applies once per account. Claiming a bonus multiple times from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. For reload bonuses, it is 8x. Cashback offers generally carry no wagering requirement.
• Bonus use may be restricted on certain games or betting markets. Full details will be specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Adda application reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

If bonus abuse is suspected, adda application may suspend transactions on the relevant account pending the outcome of an investigation.

All games and Sports Betting on adda application are governed by the following general rules.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in cases of technical error.
• If incorrect odds are published for Sports Betting, adda application reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a session is interrupted due to a network issue or game error, the game will resume from the last saved state.
• The dealer's decision is final in all live games. Any disputes must be raised with Support within 24 hours.
• Participating in the same game from multiple devices or connections simultaneously is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on adda application. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Deliberately placing hedging bets to exploit bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraud, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards other members.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in adda application.

Adda application takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is secured through SSL encryption, safe data storage, and strict access controls.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

Adda application may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons: breach of Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious financial activity, or a self-exclusion request.

Adda application is not liable for any financial losses a member incurs through gaming. Participation is entirely voluntary, and members accept the associated risks by choosing to play.

Adda application will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, where possible, we will endeavor to compensate affected members.

Adda application reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the service after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
